About Fussie Cat
Fussie Cat was established in 2010 by Pets Global, Inc., a family-owned pet wellness company based in Southern California that also makes the Zignature, Inception, and Essence pet food lines. The brand was built around a Co-Created by Cats approach: working with PhD board-certified companion animal nutritionists, food scientists, veterinarians, and actual feline taste-testers to shape recipes around feline biology and preference rather than industry trends. The lineup now spans Market Fresh dry kibble, wet patés, mousses, and shreds in gravy, Black Label tuna and tuna-in-aspic cans, premium pouches, and lickable purées, with wet foods made in FDA-registered kitchens that also produce human food and dry kibble made in SQF Level 2 certified US facilities.
Fussie Cat expanded its Super Premium line with goat milk-based purées and gravies, first shown at SuperZoo 2024, giving the brand a dairy base that is distinct from the water- and broth-based purées most of the lickable-treat category is built on. In our own testing for our lickable cat treats roundup, the goat milk texture ran noticeably thinner than a standard purée, which made it easy to stir into food or spread on a lick mat rather than only serving straight from the tube, and the tubes arrived in six sealed four-packs with a feeding spoon included.

Why we recognized Fussie Cat
The House of Mittens Top Brand recognition isn't paid for and can't be applied for. We award it to the brands whose products consistently stand out in our vet-reviewed category guides. Fussie Cat earned it on the strength of the products below, evaluated the same way every product on this site is: assessed against feline-health criteria, used with real cats, and judged on merit.
Fussie Cat products we rated highly
Fussie Cat Super Premium Cat Treats in Goat Milk Puree, 6 Packs of 4-0.5oz Tubes, Variety Flavor Pack + Feeding Spoon
A goat milk base rather than a water or broth base is unique among the lickable treats in our lineup, and goat milk is often better tolerated than cow dairy by cats that react badly to the latter. It ships with a feeding spoon, useful for a cat that will not take a tube directly from a hand, and the goat milk texture is thinner than a standard purée, so it stirs easily into food or spreads on a lick mat. The twenty-four tubes arrive as six sealed four-packs rather than one loose box, which keeps them tidy in a drawer.

- No recalls on record in the brand's history since Pets Global launched it in 2010.
